A little about us: We met in college: Howard University. We're both Sophomores, class of 2014. We met as strangers and eventually became best friends and lovers. We decided to make this blog because we personally believe that our relationship is one among many that is amazing. Yes we have bad times, but we have amazing times that max out those negative times. We've been established since November 20, 2010, and plan to go infinity and beyond :). It's true love.

Confiding to each other:

If you hold in something that you really want to release from your significant other, it’ll only build up pain and tension and your other will never even know something is wrong. Letting them know how you truly feel about something is the one way they will figure out what they need to do to keep you happy. Letting them into your heart will let them want to stay there, and you will want to keep them there after release.

After an argument or a bad time, things will not be okay automatically. But given time and finally understanding your partner, things will start to look a lot better. Just wait.

Speaking to the cruel anons here: Whenever I see you all telling people that they’re hideous, useless, worthless, stupid, etc. it truly makes me upset. Watching the amount of grey faces try so so hard to bring down the mentality and self-esteem of others is ridiculous. I have been bullied before in real life, for 7 years. It was hell. And I can still vividly remember every single feeling that I possessed when I was taunted. I wanted to disappear, I couldn’t wait to go to a new school and start a new life {I’m an army brat so I moved around alot}, I wanted to change everything about myself that I was teased about. I used to throw pennies in wishing wells making unrealistic wishes just so I could satisfy others and stop being bullied. I was never physically abused by my peers, but verbally hurts just as much. Just about 2 and a half years ago is when all the bullying stopped. Today I am still very paranoid, highly insecure, and slowly building back my self-esteem. I’m just happy that I didn’t let people like you guys bring me down so low to a point that I’d eternally regret. I just know, unfortunately, that there are thousands of people who do get to that point, and this has to stop! Imagine if “anonymous” did not exist, do you think the bullying would be so intense? People feel so safe behind a gray picture, yet deep, maybe way deep down inside, I know they feel really really cruel for what they say. I just feel like you guys are contributing to the reason why girls and guys hate themselves so much and do ANYTHING to “fix” it. When there is absolutely nothing needed to be fixed, because everyone is perfectly perfect. I’m here for those who have felt like they might get to that point where they want to disappear, just like I did years ago. I know how it feels and I’d be more than happy to talk to anyone who needs someone. Also, I’m here for those cruel anons. I know there must be something that makes you feel that it is a necessity to bring others down. Bullies typically feel insecure about something of themselves, and they use the tactic to hurt others to feel better. I’m here for the bullies that don’t want to bully anymore, and want to stop letting their own issues hurt others, and I’m here for those who have been hurt witnessing the cruelty. I love you all, and I just pray we get to the day where we can all love each other no matter the color, size, shape, orientation, etc. <3

Guess My Gift

So my girlfriend got me a gift for Christmas & I wanna figure out what it is before I get it in January. She’s tryna guess my gift too, so we exchanged clues to help the other guess.

So I’ll post all the clues I got in hopes somebody could figure out wtf she got me.

First person to guess something that fits all the clues will… idk… they will get promoted on my blog. Cool?

Clues:

It’s mostly black

She ordered it online

It wasn’t made by her hands, but was customized online

She got the same item for two of her ex boyfriends

The ones she got from her boyfriend she got from the store, not online

It is not easily broken

It can be easily destroyed

It has a distinct smell

It has a chemical reaction in water

I wouldn’t use it everyday, but technically could

Certain people would notice it, but others wouldn’t
